First night was terrible. Entry door deadbolt wouldn’t work. Went down to front desk and told the lady there. Said maintenance is off and won’t be available on Saturday either. Bathroom door did not close either. With a finger push it would open. Then between 2:00AM to 4:00AM we had a bunch of drunk people next to us shouting and laughing as loud as they could. Tried calling front desk and the phone did not work either. It had busy signal as if the front desk person unhook the phones so she could not be bothered. I tied calling at least 20 times. We could only sleep about 3 hours. We were to go to a wedding the next day but we were so tired that missed part of the wedding as we had to get some sleep. There were other issues too but the above was the worst of it.

The office chair in the room broke while I was in it, and I almost fell. Informed hotel staff, they only cared when they thought that I had hurt myself. Staff came to the room to ask about if I was hurt (with paperwork) when told no, never heard or saw from them again. Stayed a week and never got the replacement chair I was told I would get within hours. Never again.
