Where do I start?
The hotel building itself looks nice, and the morning receptionist was pleasant. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The afternoon receptionist (not the skinny one) was unfriendly.
Breakfast – Awful. We tried it on the first day and could barely take more than two bites.
Pool area – Consistently dirty. They only “clean” it once a day, and it shows.
Check-in experience – We were on a waiting list to get our room early, along with 6–8 other guests. We were #4 on the list, but somehow ours was the last to be ready—20 minutes after the official 3 p.m. check-in time.
Housekeeping – Easily the worst part of our stay. The staff was rude and disrespectful. The floors were sticky, the shower had mold in several spots, and there were hairs in both the shower and on the floor. The desk lamp was literally hanging by its electrical cables.
This hotel is overpriced for what you get. The cleanliness and service are well below standard. We will never stay there again!!
