Staff was amazing. My flight was delayed 4 hours and I was concerned about losing the reservation. The gentleman that answered assured me that the reservation still stood and told me to focus on getting there safely and he would take care of the test and he did.

Check in was easy. We got there early. Room wasn't ready, they let us go to their partner hotel practically across the street to use the pool. After a lunch that we walked to and the partner hotel pool, our room was ready. It was well maintained and clean. The airport shuttle from hotel to airport was easy and convenient. Also timely!
