The breakfast was excellent! There are not a lot of dining options nearby, but the hotel had a good selection of snacks and microwaveable meals, which I thought was very helpful if one didn't have the time or money to get to a restaurant. The complimentary airport shuttle was of course, very helpful, as well. And they provided a cruise terminal shuttle for a fair rate.

The airport shuttle transportation doesn't seem to work very well with this hotel. I may have been confused but it was difficult....The staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast is okay. It was cold and rainy and I really wanted a hot shower but the water heater seems to be regulated so the shower was just warm. I didn't like that.

I really enjoyed the lobby, they have a pool table and swinging chairs. The staff were very nice and allowed us to leave our luggage with them while we waited for our room to be ready. Convenient store and very good restaurant were in walking distance. I liked how they had a white board with recommendations for local things to do and eat.

Stayed here prior to a cruise. Loud neighborhood. Lots of sirens and motorcycles racing down the street all night long. Bed ok for comfort. Pillows smaller than we would have liked. It was fine but we wouldn’t necessarily seek it out next time.

Decent hotel, bad services

The hotel was fine, however, the good impression was spoiled by their recommendation of transportation to the cruise port. We booked the ride using the portal in the hotel lobby at $15/person after we were told by the receptionist ‘it is cheaper and faster than Uber’ Lo and behold, the shuttle was 45 minutes late and we were packed like sardines. The Uber ride would have been half the price!

I expected more for a Hilton. My biggest disappointment was the lack of a safe. Having a safe is very important to lock up valuables and documents. Storage was limited. The breakfast was average. Not much selection for vegetarians. I would say this hotel is adequate.
