I like that they have a shuttle, but I didn’t like that it’s not often (I waited for an hour), for foreigners like me it’s difficult to call the hotel since we don’t have a line from the US. It would be more helpful if I could be able to book the shuttle through and email or a chat. Thank you!

The image showed a pool, but there is none on the grounds. You have to leave the hotel and use another hotel's pool they have made arrangements with. The room was fine, but services offered were very average. On a positive note, the entire staff was friendly, polite and helpful.
