It was great! The room was freshly cleaned when an arrived and the check in process was quick and simple. It’s right in front of the beach and has its own personal pools as well. 10s all across the board!

Got to hotel at 11 am and left luggage...person at desk said she would put rush on room. Check in time on all correspondence said 3 pm. Checked back at 3 and room not cleaned. They said they had until 4 for checkin despite me showing them their correspondence. No compensation offered. No towels for pool, no toilet paper in bathroom change area. Once in room it was ok, not enough towels for each guest. Noisy through night outside room. Would not recommend.

The toilet mechanism failed in the middle of the night while we were sleeping and we woke to a completely flooded room. The staff told us this morning that they would call us and say what they could do for us… they never did…we just contacted them and they said we could only get a 20% refund for one of the rooms. Which is completely unacceptable. We want a 100% refund to make this right. The other room we booked was dirty and had stained sheets. In addition … upon our arrival we walked around the grounds for about 10 minutes with 2 staff members trying to find our rooms. They seemed uniformed about where the rooms were located. We are very dissatisfied with this property

The room was great. I was very disappointed that when I called to request a ground floor unit, they didn't have that message. I couldn't do the stairs, so if the bottom units were sold out, I would have been in trouble.

Staff was friendly however, rigid on early checkout. Rooms appeared remodeled however, something seemed off, woke up with a scratchy throat and took about 36 hours to recover. Not sure if it was mold or something else. Exterior of the building seemed to be kept up to the point to draw questions short of red flags.
