Disgusting and should be inspected by the health department. Woke up with cough, probably the mold in the room triggering it. I should have known the strong chemical smell was a bad sign. When i looked in the room to make sure no bed bugs I lifted the mattress and discovered the floor probably hadnt been swept in a year, full of sand, dust and dirt and I had to sleep above that! The nightstand tops and bottoms full of dust, the baseboards around the room dust and dirt and hadn't been cleaned in awhile. Under the bathroom sink a large hole in the wall with black mold growing. Room number 201, watch out! How does this place have so many good reviews, it's one of the filthiest rooms ive ever stayed in! The lack of proper cleaning including under beds and tables and sinks and renting out a room with a hole in the wall and mold and is crazy to put my health at risk. Was sincerely disappointed!

Perfect! There is a kitchen with a full sized fridge and eating area, sitting area with couch and tv. There is plenty of room. We loved staying here. The pool was clean. Property is well maintained and spotless. Parking was easy and cheap in comparison to many other places. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Area is packed with options for coffee, dining etc. all within walking distance. Beach is literally 4 - 5 min walk max. We will definitely stay here again if in the area. Highly recommend.

Louis at the front desk was great. We booked the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite. There was plenty of space, however, you need to walk through the 1st bedroom to get to the 2nd bedroom, and there was no water pressure in the 2nd bedroom bathroom. Daughter had to use our bathroom to shower. I am not certain if the tiles & light switches are stained or if they were dirty. Overall, Tranquilo is in a good location, friendly staff, and comfortable. We would stay there again.

This was neither a hotel room or apartment, there was water in the floor, may be drained out from the refrigerator to the bathroom, Expedia please loose your trust by colored up photos to make it looks good, One twin bed was there only for two persons, not even a rug or mat in the floor to touch the bare foot down in the floor,.

The front desk was not there to check me in and when eugine showed up he never called or notified he was there. And when i did reach him to find out he a as there. Upon entering he became loud, violently slapped the counter and was rude. I left and requested a full refund. I was almost charged for a room that i never gained access too thanks to crappy front desk .Expedia people did there job and gave me my refund. This place however is not safe
