This is a great hotel if you want to be close to the beach, have a nice pool and amenities on site. We did appreciate having the option of going to the beach and having chairs included in our price. I will say there are a lot of kids around, I wish there was an adults only pool, but overall - it’s a great property and we would stay here again!

I rented umbrella for $32 at 4:00 nobody told us they would take it back at 5:00pm while benches stay longer. Coffee shop selling coffe $10 you will feel like you are in Ritz Carlton but they don’t even say hi how are you. Specially at the beach booth. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel next time.

The beach, lobby and pool were nice. The rooms were ok. The ac unit couldn’t cool our room, so it was too hot to sleep. The curtains were broken, so we couldn’t shut the window to the main road, the bathroom is super small and impossible for 2 people to get ready. The shower doesn’t have a door, so water goes all over the place. There isn’t a place to put a hairdryer, or curling iron to get ready. There isn’t anywhere to hang a towel in the bathroom, or set anything else other than a toothbrush and hairbrush. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. We could walk to other hotels and restaurants.

There were huge palmetto bugs (basically cockroaches) in the room 3 nights in a row. They didn’t really accommodate us changing rooms at all. Then at 4am there was a bug crawling in my cup of water. Went to the front desk and they were super weird about us switching. Also the sink didn’t drain at all.

The 1 thing that bothered me about my stay is so many things closed early or wasnt offered because it was "slow" at the hotel, this is what I was told by staff. I assumed slow at the hotel meant, not a certian number of guest staying at the hotel. A list of examples of services closing early. -the chiars and umbrellas service on thr beach was closed at 5pm (that is not sunset). -the bar on the beach was closed at 4pm. -the bar at the pool was closed at 4pm -the breakfast buffet was not open. My point is if you come when the hotel is not "slow", you will have a wonderful experience. If the hotel is "slow", dont expect to utilize all of the amenities.

The location is amazing, the beach area is beautiful. The rooms are in serious need of an upgrade. The furniture is old.
