Was the AC leak on the hallway leading to the penthouse door the hallway was very hot a big trashcan on the middle of the hallway catching the water from the ceiling. The staff did not let us know before we check in very uncomfortable. Bad experience I do not go back to that place.

The staff was great. The pictures look nicer than how the property really looks. I actually believe it’s photoshopped. When I checked into my room, it had a very stale smell. My wife also woke up and noticed there were ants in the bed. The carpets are stained and the overall room is out dated. When I told the staff they were really nice, changed our room and gave us free breakfast and drinks. I will not be staying at this resort again.

Would not recommend staying here. Paid resort fee to find to no towels left for the beach, the pool was packed, sofa bed not made up, phone not working, not enough towels for the room. Hotel manic, not relaxing and undeserving of a 4 star rating. Basic at best. Overpriced & staff overworked & no autonomy. Beach umbrellas not included in resort fee.,

The 6th floor is where my room was. The moment the elevator doors opened, there was a mildewy smell that should be looked into. One of the beds in my room had a lumpy mattress that clearly needs to be replaced. The phone and the midd night stand was dusty, it looked like it had not been wiped down in a long time, the carpet needs to be steamed cleaned and the AC was dusty. Staff was nice, relaxing environment for a quick get away
