Valet only, had to prepay days for stay. Bed sheets had stain, mold floor tile in shower. I showered with flip flops on, slept on top of comforter the one night and picked another hotel for the rest of my stay. The bed was comfortable or I was super tired. Seemed to have a nice restaurant by the lobby, vending machines in lobby as well. You need the ap or code to use elevator and come into your room. Besides that the valet is conveniently easy tou click the lunk to ask for your car and it lets tou know when its ready. So u dont have to stand around and wait outside.

Loved it, definitely staying here again. But my hat fell on one of the lower balconies and only one of the 3 desk agents I spoke to made any attempts to check lost and found. The other 2 said they don’t know anything about it almost immediately without even checking.

Everything was great and beautiful but the parking sucked, they provide Valet but if you want to park by yourself you have to park somewhere in the street. Last time i had valet parking they hit my car and i did not realize till weeks later, i rather park my own vehicle but parking in the street sucked. you would expect for a way to facilitate your customers.

Sonders Place, a really nice place. I think a new bed set and some new furniture will make the place extra special. Just a simple upgrade to the decor. Conveniently located in Hollywood. The instructions to access the place were very clear and simple. I would stay again.
