When checking in, I was helped by Nichole. I'll be honest, she set the tone for my stay at the hotel. Nichole was pleasent, knowledgeable, and most of all she made me feel welcomed. Maybe she's the reason that it didn't bother me that of the two elevators closest to the lobby, there was only one elevator working.
The breakfast was good and the staff was also friendly.
My room (King bed with balcony) was clean and the hit water was quick in arriving for my showers.
I had a question for the cleaning staff and they were extremely accommodating and handled it ASAP.
The only reason I gave a 4 Star was because of the elevator. They did have three working elevators on the other side of the lobby, but the one that most new guests use the two closest to the lobby.
I had a very positive stay and would stay there again without hesitation.
