Surprised by additional resort fees and only valet parking options, making the stay much more expensive than originally planned. Nice beach area, many food options. Community a little run down, lots of trash and liter.

Property is perfectly located to the beach. Many amenities and staff are very friendly. The shower was terrible, no housekeeping for 4 days. Would stay again despite this.

It was close to the beach and it was convenient and close to the boardwalk too and the pool was nice. We are a family of 5 and we booked a room with 2 rooms (1 king and one double) and a sofa bed with a kitchen and dining room so the room was spacious and nice. The hotel would have gotten 5 star review if it wasn't for their staffing though. 1) We checked in and weren't told that you have to get towels from the building across the valet and the pool was on the top floor so we had to go all the way downstairs across to the other building for towels. 2) We also weren't told that you needed 24 hrs to request cleaning services. When we did request them for one of the days we would be out, they just threw in a bag of towels and sheets. 3) We requested sheets and a blanket for my son staying on the sofa bed and they didn't have any so that first night he slept on the couch (not made into a bed) with a sheet we gave him from our bed. 4) When the cleaning services did come, they didn't pick up the trash from any of the trash cans that were already piled up high from days of being there. 5) we were denied service at the roof top restaurant because it was "too busy" although it wasn't. They also don't service drinks to the pool lounges which I thought was weird. 6) We had 3 TV's in the rooms but no remotes at all so we weren't able to use them. 7) The hot tub was closed and it's noisy with construction. 8) All this would have been ok IF staff had been friendly and nice but they weren't

Room was great! Huge and super clean. Check in could have been better because room wasn’t ready until 1 1/2 hours after it was supposed to be at 4, however check out time house keeping knocked on door at 1101 to make sure we were leaving.

Overall property was good. However, my room was terribly loud. I’m pretty sure the walls were paper thin. I could hear every conversation my neighbors had on both sides of me, and they were just talking, not yelling…..I had a room with a king bed. Needless to say it was the worst sleep experience because of the noise .

This resort was the best resort I ever stayed at the hotel staff was amazing. My unit was beautiful. I was upgraded for free. The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in in a hotel. The location is amazing. The rooftop lounge was so nice and the pool and the fact that this location is in between the marina and the beach, perfect location, I will definitely come back.

This is our second stay at the Costa and we will return again and again. Roof top pool and bar is so nice, the beach and broadwalk are right there. Breathtaking views from our balcony. We liked the rooms - spacious and clean.

Hotel room was spacious, clean and modern many amenities they even had a toaster that I thought that they did not have. TV could’ve had Netflix and better choices to watch for late at night when you’re in your room great that there was laundry, facilities and ice machine on our floor signing out for towels was a little ridiculous. I love the fact that they had a big container of ice water up on the roof rooftop deck available. Pool was nice and warm and clean. I would say the only thing that was annoying was always having to ask housekeeping for towels and to have our room clean we had to give them 24 hours notice. Otherwise a great property in a great area would go back definitely

Lovely hotel...a little cumbersome up & down stairs between buildings. Wish the gentleman checking us in had told us about the little shop and coffee/eatery.. Beach access was close...local restaurants are great! Definitively will consider going back!

Great location, right off the beach and boardwalk. Very nice rooftop pool and lounge area. Large rooms with nice balconies. Spartan furnishings. My one complaint was an awful mattress. Otherwise all good.

This was a birthday trip. The hotel is beautiful. Noshola at check in was great. Sebastian and Jermaine on the beach handing out the lounge chairs very friendly. I will be back.

Everything was great about the property. The room was nice, the rooftop pool was amazing, and it’s within walking distance to the beach and the boardwalk. The hotel also includes 2 beach towels and 2 beach chairs every day which was great. If you bring a car, the hotel has valet parking for about $50/day, so you don’t need to find street parking. The water pressure in the bathroom was really low and the bathroom lighting was dim. Other than that it was perfect!
