The room is set up way too low to the ground. From the couch, to the chair , to the bed, everything was very low to the ground. In addition, there was no housekeeping. We stayed 2 nights and never had clean towels replaced for the used towels and ran out of toilet paper! The noise from the unit ac was very loud and very close to the bedroom. It was so loud that we had to close the door just to get some sleep. The tvs were way too small for the room size and were not centered.

Was required to valet park (no other options at over $40/day). No cleaning service unless requested (and weren’t told you had to request), no one answering the phone for service for blankets. On the positives it was clean, gym was solid and great location.

This is my third time staying there and absolutely love everything about it. But I’ve noticed for the third time how the bar security harasses guests that have drinks in the pool. There was no signs saying no drinks. But these guys that were dressed in all black would threaten to throw you out of the pool if they caught you with another drink in the pool. Other than that the place was fantastic. Might look to stay elsewhere if that continues.

Be careful when you book your reservation- they post really great pics of views but most rooms don’t have ocean views - they told me only 1 room have total ocean view- don’t ask for early check in they are not accommodating- overall spend your money elsewhere with a chain hotel - you’re better off -very disappointed

I requested to clean and nobody came. I had to clean, put the trash outside, etc. I know that I needed to requested 24 hours prior but I did and I till did not have the service. The kitchen need more space and flatware, the plates are bigger than the microwave. The building and bedroom is good. Also there are a lot of charges resort fee, park (45,00/day), security deposit (100 per day)
