The only things that I was disappointed about was the lack of a ramp to get to the front seat. You have to carry your bags up the stairs alone. Entering else was just minor things. The living furniture was a bit worn. No fire extinguisher where they said it should be.

Rooms were decent. Didnt expect no Roku TV’s after spending 400$+ on rooms. I was staying in room 202 on the 24th and requested new towels… the staff opened the door and threw them on the floor. That was absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. I spent over 3 thousand dollars staying in this hotel over 5 days. I’d expect nothing but luxury. I will not be staying in this hotel again.

This experience was unacceptable, especially while traveling with 4 kids. After checking in after the 4 PM check-in time, we entered the rm and unexpectedly found another woman inside, who told us to wait 5 min. With 4 kids and significant luggage, this was not reasonable. When asked, she said the TV in one rm didn’t work. We explained this was not a major issue and gave permission for maintenance to fix it while we were present. She agreed. Shortly after, security arrived and ordered us out, stating guests could not be in the room during maintenance. This resulted in my 2 youngest kids (1 and 4) being forced out mid-shower. We were told to wait in the lobby with all of our belongings, with no empathy or apology. We had to strongly advocate to be reassigned another rm instead of waiting again. The new rm was in a different building, requiring us to repack and move 4 children and all luggage. We had to call multiple times for a crib. When I contacted the front desk, I was told they had no authority to help and that no manager was available. I was promised the manager’s email, which was never provided. Hotels.com attempted to contact the hotel for 2–3 days with no response. The replacement rm also had a serious safety issue: the door would not lock and could be pushed open from outside. Maintenance fixed it, but the lack of urgency or concern was alarming. At checkout, staff remained dismissive and no follow-up, apology, or compensation has been provided.

We had bugs on the counters and we immediately turned around and left. We received no apologies. We called Travelocity and they hung up and then sent us to voice mail when we called back. So now I will need to challenge all the charges after the hotel said we would not be charged. Travelocity has charged us as well.

These hotel overcharges what you pay in Expedia to $45 extra per day due to undisclosed hotel fees. The manager is not onsite and the front desk personnel is disrespectful and rude so you are hopeless if you want to appeal these extra charges. I paid for front ocean view and I got partial view. The hotel was 70% vacant. No excuses for this hotel to accommodate us better.

Room great check in great. Had to check out at 330am. Needed valet. Finally went to front desy. Clerk asleep said valet would come to room in 10 minutes. He gave valet wrong room number needless to say we made several trip up and down to bring our stuff with 2 babies in tow. Other than that was fine
