Definitely a good stop

The hotel was great. The pool is heated (little dirty with leaves) hot tub is hot 104. The rooms are huge and spacious. Shower is the best so far best water pressure. Small bathroom though, but workable. The restaurant in the hotel was good. I had the spaghetti bolognese not from a can. Only bad thing was we called with a broken coffee maker and they never showed up with a new one. Then we asked for towels and that never happened.

This hotel is all about planes, trains and automobiles. It is very noisy with all three! Staff not helpful and breakfast poor. I would not recommend this hotel.

The property was nice and the staff were very friendly. The rooms were a bit dated and the wait times for the elevator were very long at times. Overall, I liked the property and I see that upgrades are being done as the first 3 floors were under renovations. Hope to see it when new furniture and rooms are updated and all elevators are working.

Everything was great and the service was excelkent but our hotel room 438 had a wet floor outside the bathroom. We thought at first it was an AC leak from above but it seemed to be in the floor. We laid a towel down and wore our shoes as the floor there was always damp.

Overnight stay before cruise.

Everything was good other than room was extremely cold and couldn’t get it warm. They came and brought a room heater and it warmed up some. One bed was too soft needs new mattress. Other then those things it’s a beautiful place with nice suites.

This property is beautiful upon walking through the lobby. We used the hotel for a 2 day stay before and after our cruise. On our stay 1 of the 4 elevators was down for repairs and the entire 2nd floor was being renovated. There was no construction noise. However it is in the flight path of the executive airport and planes were taking off and landing which made our pool experience rather loud. The building is also close to a train crossing and that was surprising in the middle of the night. The hotel is older and our first room had a charging station but the second didn’t. The size of the suite was nice with 2 double beds and a couch hideabed. I thought the price we paid was fair the first stay but very expensive even through Expedia. By uber pompano beach and the cruise port and the airport was 20 - 30 minutes. I would not come back here.

Nice property and being renovated..

Hotel is being renovated but the room we are in has been finished. Very comfortable, very clean. Mini fridge and large TVs in the living room and bedroom. Front staff was very helpful and got us checked in quickly as it was almost midnight.
