The hotel and amenities were very nice. The restaurant was terribly understaffed (took forever to be seated and no one took our order for a long time, then delivered us the wrong order). There was also only one working elevator, and it didn’t stop at our floor.

Staff was over the top friendly and accommodating, in the best way. Food and drinks were great, and the beach access was unmatched. Loved the Sunday brunch, and the gelato shop was toooo good. This was the perfect babymoon and we can’t wait to come back again someday with our little one!

The staff and service was excellent, as was the food provided. Location is very good and beach and views first rate. Some small issues like room phone not working, room not being cleaned all resolved quickly, but unnecessary hassle involved.

Had a beautiful stay here before a Disney cruise. The ocean view rooms are true ocean views. My kids were amazed and woke up to watch the sunrise every day. The hotel staff was kind and welcoming and it was very relaxing.
