The fees are very high here. $55/day for valet parking, and $40/day resort fee. That said, we love it here. It’s a great beach location with nice chair and umbrella service. The porch with rocking chairs overlooking the beach is wonderful. Breakfast is expensive but very good, and again, sitting right on the beach. The suite is beautiful with an ocean view terrace. Best of all, everyone who works here is so friendly and accommodating. Shout out to Rosie and Alberto at the restaurant, and also to everyone else who greeted us with a smile. After we checked in, we went to use the shower and the handle fell off! They moved us to another room in five minutes. We’ve stayed here before and look forward to coming back. It’s always hard to leave…

The resort fees are very high and we were unable to use the pool facilities due to weather . We paid for vip for beach chairs ect but we got the same service as normal . So this ended up being an added expense that was not of value . Especially for solo travelers the resort fees are unreasonable. The spa was nice but was very cold .

It was a girl's weekend for us, we had our teen girl's with us and we had a great time. Staff was wonderful, everything was clean, and food was good, too. The pool is a bit smaller than what you would imagine for a place this size and they don't have any coffee available in the lobby. Coffee isn't available until the restaurant opens at 7:00 a.m. and we are early risers. Nor was there a coffee shop within walking distance so that was a drag. Overall, a wonderful experience and we will visit again.

I spent three nights at this resort with my friend, and we had a fantastic stay! While the resort is a bit older and could use some minor maintenance, it didn’t affect our experience. Our room was spotless, well-stocked, and the bedding was very comfortable. We loved having breakfast on the patio—the food was delicious, and the ocean view was stunning. The best part was the beachfront access—just steps from the hotel! Beachside drink service could have been quicker, but the food was excellent (highly recommend the chopped salad with salmon). We never had trouble getting chairs and umbrellas, making our beach days even more enjoyable. The complimentary shuttle to nearby tourist spots was a great perk—clean, on time, and driven by a friendly driver with great recommendations. The pool and lazy river were smaller than expected, but happy hour was fantastic, with delicious calamari and great drinks. Huge thanks to Daniel and Williams for their excellent service! I’d definitely stay here again!

Pelican Grande sits on the beach. The rooms are spacious with a nice separate sitting area. Hotel staff friendly. The main restaurant is pricey, don’t sit outside on the left side, too much traffic. Happy hour has a nice menu. Coffee shop/ice cream shop has good coffee. Restaurant next door is good, Sand Bar? and more affordable for breakfast and lunch.
