We loved our stay with one minor issue

This is a little bit of an older establishment but it worked perfect for our large group. We each had our own room and every night we met up outside by the covered picnic tables to play cards or just chat. The location to the beach was amazing but the highlight was the wonderful manager Philip. He was kind, funny and courteous. The only problem we had was when I locked myself out of my room after hours. We could not contact anyone. Fortunately we figured it out on our own but I would suggest having an after hours contact person

First night - room was toxic. They used ammonia or some similar cleaner that made it unbearable. Second night - they moved us because of a booking conflict, and then failed to provide us with a key or code. 8pm - no staff, and at least 2 other guests arrived wandering g the property trying to find keys to be able to lock their rooms. After a couple hours, a night person arrived and finally provided assistance (also concerned by the lack of communication and professionalism of the owners) “Free parking” may not be available. Record search of the owners shows a history of sketchy incidents.

I was very impressed with this hotel, the staff was wonderful, they keep the rooms very clean and cheery. The proprty and rooms have had some updates but some areas could use a little touch up paint, but could be difficult if always rented out. I can't say enough about Phillip and the other woman in office im sorry I forget her name, they were so accommodating. This place has parking on site for a fee, but is across from a parking ramp that might cost less? I can't wait to go back, 175ft walk to beach. Close to shopping, bars, restaurants and another hotel that offers laundry.

The property needs a total makeover, the interior wals are cracked, the wals looks unfinished, the air-condition is just stacked to the wall and loud. The images from on line looks totally diferent than actual look of the property.

Phillip and the staff were wonderfully accommodating to us, this is a very clean hotel with updates to rooms, art work on walls, and kitchenette in each rooms. Very short walk to beach and ocean can be seen from room 8 kitchen and bathroom window.

Very old worn down noisy dark dreary hotel. No service except change of towels. Limited outside area to sit and staff and guests used it primarily for smoking. Furniture is in bad shape and I could not find one comfortable chair to sit on. First night water came up from the floor due to heavy rain. Location is good but right off A1A and old window unit AC keeps u all night!
