The staff was courteous. The room was clean for the most part. The bathroom water was a brownish yellowish color. The hotel is older but looks like it was remodeled.

The lady that checked us in was great, the back of the hotel smelled like marijuana. Our room was nice, breakfast was weak, just eggs and sausage in the hot holders. Pancakes were very small. I passed on breakfast and got something at the airport

I had to check out at 330am since My flight departed at 6am. When I went down to the front desk to check out, there was no one at the front desk. I had to drop the keys and leave the facilities. They should have someone 24/7 for customer service.

The staff was kind. However, our room was dirty. There were traces of hair all over the bathroom. There were tooth floss pickers on the floor of the room. The water had a weird yellow tint and the toilet made a very loud noise whenever flushed. The bed was not mounted therefore it moved. The door was very difficult to open as it would get stuck. We struggled to get in and out of the room. We were literally stuck inside! Very unsafe.

The room was clean and everything worked perfectly. Staff was excellent the hotel is also close to alot of shopping and food. The only thing that was concerning was bathroom door had peeling paint not good if small children staying there.

Nice Hotel. Very close to food. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was nice size, clean, lots of parking available, the breakfast was good with a variety of things to eat. Overall I would stay again.

I didn’t enjoy my stay in this hotel. First of all, no one was at the reception several times during my stay. I saw people (myself included), waiting and wondering where the staff are? My biggest issue was the bed bugs in my room. I woke up with hundreds of bites all over my body. I am alergic to bed bugs so you can imagine. I had to go to cvs and buy medication to treat it. Overall, a 2 stars hotel at most. Didn’t like it at all…

Staff very nice. Breakfast was subpar. Area not laid out well. Plates and cutlery hard to access and situated next to a hot waffle iron. Coffee was cold. Offerings were low quality food. Just a very unappealing experience.
