The first room we got in had bugs crawling on the desk and AC which was disgusting. Then we switched to another room and later found that room’s AC leaked water. The Wifi was not stable either. This is by far the worst IHG hotel I’ve ever stayed. Airport pickup and breakfast were good though.

The room was clean and adequate for two nights before our cruise. Very convenient from airport and cruise port (via Uber) Bed was very comfortable and had a great shower with amenities from Dove. Breakfast was good except for there not being enough seating to hold a lot of people. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Would stay again.

My stay was good overall. However, we only had housekeeping one day out of 6. The breakfast was also okay but it was repetitive and didn’t cater to persons who don’t eat red meat. The staff at the front desk was super helpful and nice. The parking was also pretty convenient and cheap ($10). I appreciated that they only put a hold of $50 on your card. However, we received a charge of $3.50 after we checked out?? Don’t know what that was about being that we checked out a few hours early. Good stay overall but the area wasn’t the best.

Everything with the hotelnwas great until we came back and we saw our room open. We called security before going in and once he arrived he was rude and started saying if we had left the door open. He kept saying it was our fault. Clearly it was the maid who had not closed it after cleaning. Room was super clean and breakfast was delicious.

Room was very clean and they also cleaned everyday, including Christmas. Lovely, greeting staff. The snacks available at the front desk put the polish on the stay. Great room for a price. That gave me a lot of peace while I visited my son for the second time since he moved to north Miami 6 months ago. It’s a great location with easy access to the beach, the airport and entertainment. I’ll definitely be back.

The room was in good condition and staff was alright too. It's the fact that we had the not yet ready sign on our door and the manager still okayed maintenance to go in our room to remove a glass covering and someone opened and went through our suitcases and the Manager simply said he felt we were over doing it. He did nothing to assure us or make us comfortable. Very cold and callus

The front desk person when we arrived at night was extremely rude. And the room was disgusting and not clean. The bathroom had pubic hair and hairs from other people before everywhere. Thankfully I always bring sani wipes and wiped everything down. We were only there for one night to catch an early flight so not much we could do at that time.
