They advertise 24/7 shuttle to/from the airport but that’s an outright lie. The shuttle is not 24/7 and extremely unreliable. The person at the front desk was visibly bothered that they had to check me in and was rude for literally no reason as I was still very polite. I had an early flight and had to deal with what sounded like a party down the hall. The room itself was acceptable but not nearly nice enough to make up for the rude staff, loud guests, and poor amenities.

I stayed here because it listed 24/7 shuttle to/from the airport (yes it says this in the Expedia description, look closely). Turns out that’s an outright lie. The person at the front desk was visibly bothered that I was disturbing them to check in and was overall rude. I had an early flight and it sounded like there was a party down the hall which kept me up. The room itself was acceptable but I can get that anywhere. There’s much better and even cheaper places all around. I’ll absolutely not be back.

Good day, Was pleased with the upgrades that were made since last trip. Only problem that left a bad taste in my mind was the fact that one of the main reasons I picked your hotel was the 24/7 hotel bus. As a female travelling alone, with the need to be to airport 4 am, I felt comfort in that I didn't have to catch a cab or Uber. It was listed on your site, but evidently been cancelled. The cab driver was just fine, but I was nervous and worried about it during the night of my stay . Regards, C.R.
