This is a typical Holiday Inn hotel that I have stayed at. The dining options in the area were okay, a bit of a walk, and not easily accessible. The shops were limited in their goods. It was well situated to airport & cruise port. We will likely stay in another area next time.

On our return our room was next to the workout room and we were woken by people slamming the barbells on the floor. Liked our top floor room we had when we arrived for our cruise better. WHY DO YOU NEED A ROOM KEY TO ENTER THE MAIN FRONT DOOR?

Checkin with Alexia was so easy and even enjoyable! This is so close to the airport and cruise port. Enjoyed Grunpy Gary’s restaurant just a short walk down the street. Breakfast was also good, beds comfortable and clean. Will definitely be back.

Alexa said the front desk is top-tier. She made sure we were comfortable as we had arrived well before our check in time the hotel is close to a few local restaurants ( highly recommend 3 Son’s Brewery) and a short Uber ride to Publix and Deana fishing pier and beach.

Great location and price

Very clean. Great location. Close to the airport and cruise ship ports. Free shuttle offered to the airport. Very good Continental breakfast too. Close to good restaurants.

We won't be back!

The location was close to the airport. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The pool was nice. The breakfast was terrible. Rubber tasting bagels, fake eggs, not edible for our family of 4. The biggest problem, aside from breakfast, was the very friendly shuttle drivers recommendations for the transportation to and from the cruise ship and back to the airport, as well as the resturants she recommended in walking distance of the hotel. Both with over priced and poor service. Grumpy Gary's food was terrible and all in-doors with a view of a small in-land marina. The shuttle service they recommended was much more than a cab or uber and took way longer! The driver forgot to close his trunk and was backing up with our suitcases about to fall out when my husband said something. We were the last people at the port waiting to go to the airport (March 15th, 9:40 am). The driver forgot to turn on the air conditioning and we sat in a hot van for 30 minutes before he left for the airport and halfway through the drive he announced that he had forgotten to turn on the air. He didn't notice because his window was down! And to top it off he didn't wear his seatbelt while driving so the 'beep beep' sound of the seat belt reminder went off all the way to the airport! And he was looking at his cell phone while driving us! Eek! Never again Holiday Inn, never again!
