It was a good experience. The room was very clean and organized when we arrived. The staff that were sat the front desk were very kind and anytime I needed they were very ready to help! The “not like” thing that I would say is the carpet of our 3rd floor corridor smells a lot! That would be the only thing that bother us. Overall, good experience for what we needed! :)

dirty room, floor was filthy… first room we were in stunk so horribly we had to be switched to a different room which i never complain but it was unbearable almost like mold or mildew. staff was accommodating but no where to sit in the lobby while waiting for a car.

Kitchen utensils were provided on request and they were in very poor condition. Stove took an inordinate amount of time to cook. Kitchen sink leaked. Room phone did not work even though it was changed after I complained. During my 8-day stay, the room was not cleaned even once. The pleasant and helpful staff (most) saved them from not getting a poor review.

I would not recommend and would never stay at this hotel again. I got in at 1:00am, and there were people hanging around the entrance of the hotel, I did not feel safe. The hotel hallways were nasty, dingy and stinky. When I got to the room it was disgusting and smelled musty. I had no choice but to stay the night because of how late I got in but the next day I checked out. Absolutely nasty, go elsewhere, save yourself the trouble.

Everything from checking in to checking out was an excellent representation of professionalism as well as friendliness the only thing I wished was different was that they did have the TV channels that the popular NFL games were on which was it was ABC

Ok room/hotel but needs an update.. i’ve also never seen a hotel that shuts the Coffee off right at 9 o’clock. I think it was that time, plus no breakfast items as in the picture when you book. I asked if he can brew another pot he says that’s it, we cut it off! Most hotels leave Coffee during the late morning for you, or usually all day.. besides that average hotel great location overall people were nice.

I paid in full when I checked in but immediately regretted it when I saw the room. I did not stay there. I requested a full, immediate refund, which was received the following day. Thought it was going to be a fight getting refunded but it was not, which was the best part of my experience. I've stayed in several Extended Stay Hotels in the past but this was the worst. It's bordering on being a 'dump'! The building is very old and in desperate need of repairs and updates.
