Terrible stay

Initial contact was terrible with check in she had a bad attitude then we go to the pool and the pool was being cleaned by the guy and he said we can’t use the pool why don’t clean the pool after pop hours cmon!! The staff was terrible and I witnessed a b/male smoking weed while he took laundry outside in a cart cmon!!!! Stayed there before and loved it this was terrible !!!!!

The on-site staff was OK. Room was OK. Not much to do in the area. Using their shuttle from the airport? Forget it. Their description of where to meet it was vague, as there are two areas with white canopies for hotel shuttles. Staff would not compromise or work with us for an acceptable solution, and then ghosted us. Don't even bother. Get a taxi. Not a great way to start our vacation.

Rooms are very small!! Lady at the front desk was very pleasant explained things throughly. Coffee area a little dirty. Things need to be restocked. Haven’t slept here yet so can’t comment on bed or the breakfast.

Limited shuttle service not advertised properly.

Booked this hotel because of its proximity to the airport and advertised shuttle service. Arrived at the airport at 1000 AM and was told shuttle service from the airport was only provided in the afternoon. To the airport provided in the morning. Had to take an Uber!!
