Nice location. Nice staff, easy check in !! Spacious. Kitchen was a bit sticky, A/C and fridge very noisy. Shower is not the best. But had a very nice stay in general

Ripped off deposit

Where do I start? Place was definitely not clean. There was a female pad sticker over the smoke alarm that was in the house stains all over the couches. The floors were so filthy. My kids feet were dirty within 30 minutes.. luckily they did return a $99 cleaning fee but it’s been almost a month now and I still haven’t received my deposit. Please stay away from this place at all cost.

Don’t stay here, there are roaches everywhere. The place has seen better days which is fine but the lack of hygiene is not okay. Was sitting in the couch and a roach walked on my arm. I got up and there were roaches on the couch. I ran to the shower and when I opened the water 3 other roaches jumped out. I promptly contacted the property and they denied ever having that issue but the amount of roaches is a clear sign of an infestation. I had to book another place because I could not stay there and the property did not issue a reimbursement for the night I checked out early due to the roaches.

It was a good value for the money. The location is excellent - right in the downtown, and you can walk to shops and restaurants (take a free water trolley to cross the river). The apartment was clean and nicely furnished. They provided coffee which was great because we didn’t bring ours. Overall it was a nice stay, very convenient and affordable. We would highly recommend it to families.

Overall a nice place to stay- the apts are somewhat dated both inside and out, but the location is very good. Just don’t make this one mistake- don’t think that any one will be able to sleep on the pull out sofa- it is the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever slept on.

The checkin was very seamless and they allowed us to store our luggage before the apartment was available. The hot water was not working. We had to take cold showers the entire time we were there. The overall cleanliness was average with a build up of dust on the baseboards and in the corners. The bed felt like you were sleeping on a piece of foam.

Disappointing

Property is old and in need of updates. front door was damaged and did not lock securely. There was no interior security lock. We had to put a broom against door so we would be alerted if someone entered during night. Floor in living room had heavy wear. The booking was for 4 adults, but only 2 towels were left. No extra pillows or blankets for sofa sleeper. Kitchen had no towels. Did not feel that photos were a good representation of unit.
