​An absolutely fantastic stay! Check-in was a breeze, and the staff were exceptionally helpful. The unbeatable location made sightseeing easy, and we loved retreating to the truly huge rooms. So this little hotel is in a very busy area - simply trying to walk down the street with your luggage feels like you’re navigating an obstacle course. At 2 am we were watching from our balcony the drunk people down on the street (very amusing). That being said, it’s in a very convenient location if you’re there to see the sights of Florence. We were able to walk to almost everything. The furthest away point of interest in our itinerary was probably the Piazzale de Michelangelo where people go to watch the sunset. The staff was nice and accommodating. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Rooftop bar served as a lovely way to sit and relax with a glass of wine after a long day of walking and sightseeing. And the breakfast is so good! For the price you really can’t go wrong here!

Hello, although the staff was accommodating and professional, the beds at this hotel were terrible. They were so hard we hardly slept. The next day we did ask for some kind of a mattress and they supplied that for us, but it still wasn't good enough to get a good nights sleep. The area around this hotel is extremely noisy. The rooftop bar was lovely. There was good shopping close to this hotel and lots of restaurant choices but overall, if you're not getting a good nights sleep, then the rest of your day is not great.
