Booked and paid for a delux double bed and got a tiny room with a single bed. Upon letting them know they made a stupid excuse and they didn’t have any other room available and offered to give me 40euro back which they did and that went straight to the garage ppl they deal with. Never again in this place nor I would recommend it to anyone

Advertised for a rooftop bar that was never open. AC didn’t work in room. Got woken up twice to room service coming into my room after asking for no room service. Had to pay cash for the city tax. Balcony door didn’t close completely.

Good Hotel

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. On the last night of our stay the A/C unit started making popping noises and woke us up. Shower was tiny but overall good. Reception staff were ok. Breakfast staff were very good. Continental breakfast was excellent with many options. Location was average but security good. Front gate difficult to open and close. We unfortunately did not get a chance to enjoy the rooftop bar.

It’s a Bo frills hotel near the central train station. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We had a small room, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable

Great experience

Clean room, staff was very nice, rooftop was great. Only issue is the AC would make a very loud constant noise every few minutes all night. Was difficult to sleep because of this. Location of this property was perfect. Walking distance to everything.

Good staff

Staff is very nice and service is great. But rooms are small, as well as bathrooms. AC wasn't very good. Some construction work was going on and noisy at times.

While the room was nice - the AC was non existent (didn’t work) and the shower so tight you could barely fit it in. Once you did, you either turned off, change the temp by just slightly moving. Location was good and staff was friendly. But if you are going in summer - this is not the place. If you are not in fit shape - the shower is not for you.

A/C didn’t work on the second night and it was too loud to keep the windows open. Shower door didn’t keep water from flooding out all over the bathroom. Wonderful view from the rooftop and location was amazing.

Too expensive for what it was

The front desk people were not very present or helpful. It was a little hard to find, but the location ended up being great. The room needed a little updating. There was some rot in the bathroom where water leaked out of the shower and the ceiling needed a paint job. The views of the Duomo are all from the roof top, which isn’t accessible all the time.
