The hotel needs a makeover as it is old and tired and is more like a Holiday Inn than a Radisson Blu. The doors do not close quietly and people arriving at rooms in the middle of the night have to slam doors to close it. Walls are thin and noise travel. Construction on 4th floor sounded like next door on the 7th. When rooms next door were occupied, could clearly hear conversations. It is not close to city centre.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Estoril. The location was perfect — just a short walk to the beach and conveniently close to the train station, making it very easy to explore both Lisbon and Cascais. The rooms were modern, spacious, and very comfortable. You can definitely tell this is a newer hotel, as everything felt fresh, clean, and well designed. One of the highlights was the rooftop pool, which offered beautiful views and was a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast was excellent with a large variety of choices, including fresh pastries, fruit, hot dishes, and great coffee. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Estoril/Cascais area.

It is not easy to get in and out of the hotel by uber or Bolt. In order to get to the hotel by Uber, we had to get an QR code for the driver to access the road to be in front of the hotel. Each QR code costs €2 and hotel guests have to pay for it. I requested the code via Expedia message which blacked my email address in the message and the hotel did not respond. I also reached out to the hotel by WhatsApp to get an QR code and I never received it. We ended up to lug our suitcases from the Bolt drop off place to the hotel. Very inconvenient.
