My son liked everything, except he could not find a way to get to the hotel from the airport, he asked everybody, nobody helped him, then, he took a taxi who drove him around, I guess a crook, and he charged my son $100- USD

I had an overnight layover and stayed here, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was phenomenal, I had the pork dish with apple and spinach and almost ordered a second one as it was just that good! Pricing for restaurant and room service were very reasonable as well. The room and small and cozy, very comfortable bed, shower was really night as well. I would definitely recommend this one, super close the airport, shuttle service included (they have hours of operation, I believe throughout the night is not offered).

I didn't really explore the area around the property. It was a stay to get a quick shuttle to airport in the early AM. Excellent shuttle service and food and drink options at hotel plus room service and clean rooms with slippers and lovely non carpeted floors. Very well equipped compact room with spacious bathroom. Will stay again.

I only stayes for one night, but I liked the cleaness of the room that I stayed in, the bathroom with modern shower and decor. Also the bed , bed sheets and blankets were very soft and comfortable.

We stayed here the night before an early flight. Very affordable. This is a new hotel and very nice. Beds were very comfortable. There is an airport shuttle - very convenient. We had dinner at the restaurant and the service and food were excellent. Highly recommend.

Memphis was super super polite, nice, respectful and well helpful and gave me lots of respect and took care of me at the front counter, also looked very smily and great greetings, the property is really clean and convenient. My scheduled airport pickup never arrived from the Hotel as scheduled . I had to call the hotel since I had been waiting 25 minutes. Van finally showed up and was dropping off a hotel employee. She seemed annoyed. Was given incorrect bus information to Baixa area in Central area. Had to walk to different bus stop after waiting. The rocks around the outside of the hotel are tough to maneuver wheeled suitcases . But hotel beautiful and delicious breakfast.
