The receptionist was extremely friendly, very helpful and absolutely beautiful. My room was spotless. I was so grateful to the lady who cleans them because I really appreciate that the restaurant was amazing. The food was delicious. The breakfast was outstanding. A huge spread. Just absolutely wonderful at 10 all the way.!!!

Small and convenient for flights.

BEWARE! DO NOT STAY AT THIS LOCATION! WE PLANNED ON SLEEPING IN TODAY. WOKE UP TO HAMMERING , BANGING, DRILLING, CHANINSAWS. . TRIED TO CALL FRONT DESK TO ASK WHY THIS WAS EXTREMELY LOUD & NON STOP, STAFF TOLD ME TO CALL BACK IN 10 MINUTES .WE WENT DOWNSTAIRS TO TALK TO SOMEONE, THEY SAID THEY WOULD STOP UNTIL WE LEFT FOR THE DAY, YET THEY CONTINUED. DUST PARTICLES WERE FLYING AROUND EVERYWHERE THAT WE COULD SEE IN THE BATHROOM OVERHEAD LIGHTS, WHICH IM SURE WERE THROUGHOUT THE ROOM & MOST LIKELY COMING THROUGH THE AIR VENTS. WE HAD TO CHECKOUT, DUE TO THIS BEING A SAFETY HAZARD TO OUR HEALTH & SANITY . HOW IS THIS HOTEL TAKING RESERVATIONS WITHOUT NOTIFYING GUESTS THAT THIS WILL HAPPEN ? The MANAGER COMPED ONLY 1/2 OF 1 NIGHT WHICH IS RIDICULOUS & DISGUSTING!

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I stayed there for one night from May 2nd to May 3rd 2026. I was booking a booking at Moxy hotel which is a beautiful hotel but stopped when I saw that they only had one twin beds room left on Expedia. I came across this hotel and booked for a standard room for me and my daughter and on Expedia it showed double bed. When I got there the staff was rude and when I asked about getting a good room he told me that my room was already pre booked. I told him that I was an IHG member and didn’t care or ask me about my number. When I entered the room it was a tiny dirty room with 2 twin beds on the first floor. I went back and told him that it wasn’t even the same room I booked online and he said well that’s all we got. Mind you when I went online they had other rooms because I was still able to see availability for rooms in this hotel. I asked for a baby crib and he was like, I don’t know if we have one and I told him If they didn’t have one I will just leave and go somewhere else and I will want my money back. I asked for a manager and they said there is no manager until Monday. After that, he went to get the crib and put it in the room and came back and said the crib will be in your room. The carpet was stained, all the smoke from people smoking outside was in the room and when I turned the Tv on, it said welcome Katherine mind you that’s not my name. The only positive thing I had at this hotel was the breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Estoril. The location was perfect — just a short walk to the beach and conveniently close to the train station, making it very easy to explore both Lisbon and Cascais. The rooms were modern, spacious, and very comfortable. You can definitely tell this is a newer hotel, as everything felt fresh, clean, and well designed. One of the highlights was the rooftop pool, which offered beautiful views and was a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast was excellent with a large variety of choices, including fresh pastries, fruit, hot dishes, and great coffee. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Estoril/Cascais area.
