Did not enjoy our stay, as we were skeptical about bedbugs like anyone would be, we did come in contact with one and it was after we had packed up all our belongings. So now we’re worried we could've brought them home. The front desk had nothing to say other than they will take care of it, never heard anything further from the manager. I had sent them photos etc

The staff were pleasant and kind. However the room was kind of smokey and there was plastic covering the smoke detector in our room... Eventually we were able to get adjoining rooms. :)

Hotel was unreasonably noisy, people above us were pounding on the floor at bedtime. Others were coming in at 1 am and 4 am talking making way too much noise. Worst hotel I’ve stayed in for as long as I can remember.

Awesome location for easy shopping and mall activities. Room was great, bed was not very comfortable and towels were like sandpaper. Comforter was awful and was sliding off the bed all night. Housekeeping was friendly and kind. Free breakfast was good!
