Old and run down furniture in the room. No refrigerator like the add said. 1 microwave on the top floor. Work out room not even in the hotel. It was across the street. Will not stay again

Me and my 2 kids stayed at the hotel. Our first night they took my credit card and charge it for the night and following day saw a missed call on my phone around 1am. Got downstairs the following morning to ask what was wrong and they told me that they dont have pre authourization. So I gave them my credit card again and now they put a hold on my credit card twice plus took out money from my debit. Monday while my kids and I are out and about and enjoying our waterworld experience but that turned jnto a nightmare as manager on duty called me and tells again that I dont have any pre authorization. I came back to the hotel after wards and was told that I am now locked out of my room. Reception would not even recognized the credit card information that I was showing them and was telling me that I had to inconveniently go to Fantasyland Hotel to talk to the manager on Duty. This cause a lot of emotional and mental stress my kids were tired and had to wait outside our hotel room door and cause me to be late to meeting with family. I drove to fantasyland hotel and talk to.manager on duty and intially they told me that they couldn't find the reservation and charges. Showed them the hold on my credit cards. Finally they came out and apologize and gave us some complimentary pass. But overall I would not return nor book with this hotel again. I have not experienced this before in any hotel that I’ve been in and was charge multiple times and treated like a person that didn’t pay.

Great place, very clean. Just a walk across the street to the WEM. Gym is in the WEM, elevator had times of not working the best and the breakfast was good. No muffins but great options.
