More than excellent staff were always accommodating, great customer service from the supervisor to housekeeping. Happy staff. Very organized, making sure we have what we need for our team and arrange our meal time. It really made our tournament days smooth with the help of the staff. Convenient to any shopping area 8 minutesdrive to West Edmonton Mall. Hotel just behind Walmart and other stores. Parking is great. Just the perfect location. Amazing team at the hotel every staff from kitchen to housekeeping was brilliant. Good bfast Nice Gym. I will definitely book this hotel again.

The pillow options were great, lobby was beautiful. Some of the room amenities didn't seem as modern as other hotels. Staff was very nice, the underground parking was handy. Great location. Breakfast didn't have the best options, could have had some fresh fruit. When we stayed the wifi was down which was super inconvenient.

Our stay was great! Beds were comfy, hot tub was hot although not very bubbly. Breakfast was always hot and fresh and the workers were pleasant and friendly
