Excellent in my case for closeness to RPH and surrounds. Good expansive accommodation with all the facilities to help with keeping g costs down for regional travellers. Staff are always there and are very courteous. CAT buses on hand for travel esp at night from RPH. It may not be the Hilton but, if you want space, it's a no trainer to stop here. Parking used to be included but is now $20 per night. Not much to pay for security of expensive vehicles.

Easy parking, great services

Staff were fabulous and very welcoming and helpful. Apartment was great, very spacious and had all the amenities. Really enjoyed our stay and would book again.

All staff, breakfast buffet, front desk and house-keeping were professional, courteous, and friendly. They did an outstanding job. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet selection. Not only was their a good range of dishes, they were tasty as well. The rooms were a little dated but spacious and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. Many patrons, including us, had some issues using the out-dated key cards. I believe these will be updated later in May. In addition, if you are parked in the hotel's basement car park, there are sometimes problems on your first day with the sensor that reads the car's rego plate. Press the bottom white button on the stand to open the gates. Following our first day, the sensor worked without any issues.
