Clean room. Under renovations but all hotels do that sometime. Staff were friendly and helpful.5th floor had some kids running up and down the hallway until 10:30pm but we knew that kids are excited to be in a hotel so its to be expected. Great stay overall

The hotel was under construction which we should have been informed about before booking. Also there were about 30 small children being "managed" by 2 adults, so our stay seemed extremely chaotic. There was not enough breakfast food. We will try another hotel next time.

The room was spotless breakfast was oh so great, all staff was so happy and pleasant.....the only issue was the showers in the pool werent working, and the wirlpool jets werent working like usual ones do. Also the other hot tub was bath water warm
