The area was too loud to be able to sleep in. I had no running hot water on two different occasions (and no, I didn't turn off the boiler switch). Finally, I felt rushed and a lack of attention during my check-in, a transaction vs. a welcoming stay.

Everything is in reachable location. No problem. To get your room keys you will need to go opposite the restaurant entrance door to ask one of the staff for it.

This is an excellent location just inside the old city, the room was large and the beds are comfortable. Tezero also has a restaurant and when you stay with them they give you a 20% discount at the restaurant and it's a good restaurant. We highly recommend Tezero room.

Really nice place to stay right in the middle of Dubrovnik old town. So convenient to walk the town. They don’t tell you, we found out by chance, that you get a 20% discount at their restaurant. The only negative, although I didn’t let it affect my 5* review is that although they supply a kettle in the room they don’t supply tea or coffee. I have hot comment on this only because I found it funny.. when I queried why there was a kettle but no tea or coffee, the manager said “This isn’t the Hilton”. But don’t let that bother you, it’s a minor point.

Rooms Tezoro is a great place to stay in Dubrovnik! It’s not technically a hotel, so don’t expect full-service amenities—but that’s not a dealbreaker. The location is excellent, and the guys at the restaurant across the street handle the front desk and guest needs—they’re super friendly and helpful, though sometimes busy with restaurant duties. Our room was clean and comfortable; one small suggestion would be to add a shelf in the shower. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended for a Dubrovnik visit!

The location of the hotel was excellent. It is in the middle of Old Town. The reason it got three stars was the bathroom had a foul odor like sewer. Even though it is near restaurants the noise was not overwhelming.

Nice location but too noisy

The apartment was in a great location in the Old Town. It’s a 5min walk from the taxi rank. Lots of nice sites, restaurants and drinking holes in the immediate vicinity. The restaurant offers 20% off for guests as well. The AC was a bit temperamental and the shower ran out of hot water quickly. The major downside to the apartment was the street noise. The windows were single glazed and it didn’t get quiet until around midnight and then from 4.30/5am onwards you could hear all the deliveries coming into restaurants and trolleys of bottles being wheeled around. Ear plugs did nothing to block out the noise so it was 4 pretty rubbish night sleeps and on the basis of the noise pollution I wouldn’t recommend it.
