Pure Luxury!

Pure luxury and it was fantastic! We were upgraded to an apartment and it was so fabulous! Excellent attention to detail and a staff who went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Only regret is that we weren't able to stay longer. But we will come back!

Great breakfast and right near the mall. Rooms were of decent size but you could hear the music from downstairs when you are in the lower floors. I had issues getting an uber from the front entrance, as there is a lot of security. The sites are a bit away from the hotel but I knew beforehand. The area around the hotel can get busy due to the mall and the sea area in front of it.

The propert awesome, food to die for, sumptuous clean fresh and it was a culinary delight. Now the service was out of this world. Courteous, professional and respectful and indiscriminate. The Shangri-La is a beautiful hotel and a happy place to be in. The service at the Lounge bar was somewhat slow but the staff were always courteous and kind. Overall, it is a super hotel, and I will definitely come back again.
