We came upon this hotel as we were traveling back from the maritimes and looking for overnight accommodations. We were thrilled! We’ve already decided we will us that as our regular stop every summer.

It was pleasantly surprising to us and we will definitely be back. I’d say that the staff need additional training. Housekeeping shouldn’t get on elevators with 4 guests and their bags. Front desk staff should be more welcoming and friendly. It is a major corridor through Quebec and staff should be conversant in English.
