Downtown Orlando accommodation with spa

I would not recommend this place at all. The room and surrounding areas were very dirty. The shower, toilet, and mini fridge were filthy, towels were stained, and overall cleanliness was extremely disappointing. Even after requesting for my room to be cleaned again the next morning, nothing was properly addressed. They only vacuumed and made the beds, while everything else remained dirty. I expected the room to look like the pictures and description shown online .. clean and well maintained .. but it was the complete opposite. What a shock. Not to mention the breakfast area: many items were out of stock according to the staff, and the employee handling the bread kept touching her AirPods while serving food and using the toaster. The ice machine also had mold around it. Very disappointing experience overall.

We went for the water park 2 eas close and day two the close pool and water park for all the money we spent 😞

This place is super fun, great for families!

Excelente opción para pasar la Noche si solo tienes una noche o si tienes vuelo muy temprano. El personal muy atento, la comida del restaurant rica, el cuarto amplio y cómodo. Sin duda me quedaré de nuevo!
