Romantic accommodation in Downtown Kansas City

Horrible!Horrible! DO NOT STAY HERE!. There was literally no parking so had to pay $50 a night for valet parking. No fridge in the rooms! Ice machine was broken on the floor! There was no continental breakfast offered. I paid for what I thought was breakfast meals for my stay. Breakfast is available in the restaurant and although they advertise a buffet there was none! Had to order breakfast from the restaurant and it was changed to my room so what did I pay for when I booked the room? Avoid this place like the plague!!!!

Breakfast is horrible. If you don’t ask before booking they’ll charge you $16. No microwave in the rooms only one for the whole hotel on the 6 th floor

The look of the entire place is fancy! The room was nice - good size, beautiful bathroom, we had a nice view of the city, a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. Check in and check out was a breeze. The only slight headaches were paying $33 for self-parking and then not being able to get out without assistance from the staff as well as getting into breakfast Sunday morning. We had a 30 min wait to be seated and there were so many tables available. All we wanted was the buffet but felt like we had to jump through a few hoops to get it when it should have been simpler.

Amazing hotel. Exceptionally clean and well cared for. Hats off to an amazing housekeeping team. They deserve a raise and I say this because I am such a clean freak and travel quite often. Hands down one of the best places I have ever stayed. Francisco the valet is beyond phenomenal. He is warm, friendly and you can tell he loves his job because he goes out of his way to make the customers feel welcome and cared for. Ya'll need to make sure you compensate him well and keep him around. He is the first person we meet when arriving at your facility and first encounters determine the patrons mindset of whether or not they would come back. Loved the food in the first floor restaurant. Their menu meets the needs of anyone with dietary restrictions or preferences.
