Find Downtown Cincinnati casino hotels

This was not a good experience. We decided to stay at a “nice” hotel rather than the Hyatt Place or Hampton Inn, like we usually do. There was nothing special about this hotel. It was centrally located and clean. But…..the hotel parking was $45, there was no fridge in the room, nothing to set the place apart from the competition. Here’s the kicker though: there was the loudest screaming I’ve ever heard in a hotel in my life from 11pm to 1am. Several people on our floor called the front desk and they sent “security” up to try to quiet it down to no avail. Our sleep and stay was terrible…..but there was no offer to refund part of our rate or make it right in some way. I’m not one to leave bad reviews but this was a really bad experience. I wish I had my money back.

The hotel was quiet, upscale and located in the middle of all the places we needed to be.

The breakfast was pretty bad.

Nice unique rooms with a loft and the friendliest staff I’ve ever seen

We left out at 8 am and the cleaning staff did not come to clean the room until 3 pm. There was only 2 wash cloths. I had to call for more. There was no blanket in the room when I called to get one it took them 1 hour to bring it. It was like pulling teeth to get things that should have been i.e. paper cups.

Air conditioning not great. Kind of dirty. Very misleading images compared to rooms.
