Staff was courteous, friendly, and quick if you needed anything. Rooms were clean. I enjoyed that I could walk to everything, but I enjoy walking. Breakfasts were delicious.

Great little hotel, service is great eso especially Carlos 👍 Delicious breakfast, yummy boutique style snacks, great coffee and very convenient to downtown! Walls are thin so bring ear plugs!

Hotels.com came through at the last minute for a place to Star in Dolores Hidalgo, Mexico. During the busy week between Christmas and New Year’s Day we were surprised to see how many Mexican tourists came to town. We were allowed to check in early, which was very special. The hotel was near our friend’s home, but were grateful for their friendliness and offers to help...but we knew no Spanish, so it was awkward a few times...

15 minute walk from heart of Centro. Free breakfast but before 10am is only muffin, banana, coffee, yogurt. At 10am, eggs and chilaquiles and fruit (staff did not inform us). Clean, clean, clean. Big bed. Personal steam room 170 pesos for 90 minutes. Not enough parking for the number of guests. Staff are great.

The hotel was very comfortable and the staff were wonderful Cooked us full breakfast in the morning and they did everything possible to make us comfortable We did not have wifi in our room and they apologized and moved us to a different room that had better wifi. Very clean and very nice bedding.
