The hotel was very average. We stayed in a renovated room, and it was nice and clean. My only complaint is I knew the hotel did not provide complimentary breakfast but to not provide complimentary coffee for guests is a big miss. The Nespresso machines in the rooms are garbage. However, on a positive note, despite some negative reviews I read, I found the staff that I encountered to be very friendly. So, if you just need a bed to sleep in and not looking for frills and appreciate good customer service this is your place. You want continental breakfast or even just complimentary coffee then look elsewhere; there are quite a few hotels in the area. Unfortunately, this will not be one I return too.

It will be really nice... Will be. The Troy Inn and Suites or 'Hotel Indigio' as the invoices said, is under a huge renovation. The 4th floor is the only open floor for guests. There is one working elevator in the whole building for guests so we had to walk a ways to our room. There are no ice machines for guests. You have to venture down to the front desk and they will get it from the bar or kitchen. You have to figure everything out on your own because there is no information in the room. The wifi didn't work in our room. The room was really nice. The bathroom had a fancy toilet with all the features, but it didn't work. The staff were nice, but had no answer for any questions/issues other than that there's nothing they can do about the wifi and the ice machine was leaking... All of them? The pool area was temporarily closed, conveniently, like every other hotel feature. The price was good and they were pet friendly, but either be open for business with a full feature experience, or don't.

It was under construction and only the 4th floor was open. They worked some nights at midnight and Monday they starting making noise at 8am. Wish I knew it was under construction before I booked for my wedding night

Will never visit again

Requested no fragrances due to a chemically sensitive immune disorder that causes anaphylaxis. Room was so overpowering that I could’ve swore sometime zip tied a bathroom spray air freshener and tossed it in. No notice that hotel was under full reconstruction without amenities listed yet charged full price with no refunds allowed and woken to hammering and saws.

The property is under construction so there weren't many amenities yet, but the new room we stayed in was very nice and the work they have done looks good as well. Not a lot of guests yet, because of the construction. We stayed for two nights and had a very quiet and pleasant stay.

The Troy in was a pleasant surprise! It is in the process of a remodel. The room we had was remodeled and was simply gorgeous. I had the most wonderful nights rest🍁🙏
