Rooms were clean and well maintained. Staff service was excellent. Location: Hotel is 10 minutes from Haram and has shops and restaurants nearby. There is also another local masjid a few minutes walk away

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The hotel and staff were all friendly and professional.

Very nice stuff

Clean hotel with great options for walking to the haram. You can choose to walk outside on the street or inside through the clock tower building to reach the Haram, both of which are reasonably quick. Bathroom was on the slightly small side but was clean and minimalistic. Breakfast options were reasonably good, the omlette station was very good and the guys working on that were really nice and helpful. Queues often built up quickly for this so get there early if you want to avoid queuing for too long. Multiple lifts are available which was great and meant waiting for one was a very short wait. Especially as it's a very large and busy hotel.

Everything was good except a staff member told us not to eat at the sitting area when our room was being cleaned.
