The hotel said they hadn't received Expedia's payment and made me make a second payment upon arrival. The following day they acknowledged receipt of Expedia's payment and said I would be refunded my payment within 21 days. It is now 38 days and I've received no refund. The breakfast was recycled from the previous days' uneaten food.
