Great 5 star hotel. Ladies entrance is a bit far though a 10 mins walk. The hotel offers shuttles. Service is excellent. Across the road, there is a shopping centre and excellent food outlets. The Turkish/uzbek restaurant was great. There is the museum of prophets across the road. Lots of places to buy around the hotel perimeter n much cheaper than Taiba mall. Walk around for abaya and jhuba. We really enjoyed our stay at Pullman and great service and hospitality.

Our stay at Pullman Zamzam Madina was a wonderful and comfortable experience. The location is absolutely perfect, directly adjacent to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, making it extremely convenient for prayers at all times of the day. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained, providing a peaceful environment to rest after long hours at the Haram. The views and overall ambiance added greatly to the spiritual experience of being in Madina. The staff were courteous, professional, and very helpful, always ready to assist with any request. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, which we truly appreciated. Breakfast was well organized with a good variety of options, catering to different tastes. The dining area was clean, and service was prompt despite busy prayer times. Pullman Zamzam Madina is an excellent choice for Umrah and Ziyarat travelers, offering comfort, convenience, and quality service right next to the Prophet’s Mosque. Highly recommended, and we would gladly stay here again, in shāʾ Allāh
