The hotel is close to the airport , I had two large suitcases and didn’t want to walk, so I ended up taking a Grab car service, which only took about 10 minutes. The buffet breakfast offers a wide selection of food, and most of the staff are great—always available to help and answer any questions.

Mostly the issue was there wasn't enough staff to handle the flow of people. The front was almost always over ran. Making simple tasks od requests a time consuming endeavor. No one seems to answer phones in any department. The grounds were clean and the room was adequate.
