Excellent Building, Staff and Amenities. Enjoyed the stay while there visiting from America. Would recommend to friends, family, tourists and locals. This stay was like staying at a 5 star premium hotel / resort in the United States. Better than most in the states by far. Very happy, very proud to have been guest. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Room is very dated. Furnishings are old, including a very old television void of youtube and netflix. Pool was not working, which made the kids sad. Exploitive prices on mini-bar. No refrigerator or microwave which, for a 5 star hotel, is usually included. Breakfast is good but expensive for kids who don’t eat much. Staff and lobby areas are nice. I paid double price for a massage, but massage was good. Nothing but praise for the person who gave massage.

Stayed here several times, but this is the first time that our son’s breakfast is apparently not included in the cost, even when paying for breakfast included. Also, would be nice to know that the pool was closed for maintenance prior to booking.

Radisson was pretty good. The breakfast buffet was good except most of the main dishes were too salty for me. The corn beef, Indian mung beans soup was salty, the Chinese braised beef was salty. The dining tables were dusty and the base of the tables were dirty and needed to be swept. The dining area was always cold in the morning.

The business class area dress code for cocktail hour needs to be a bit more lenient on clothing that can be worn. Maybe no clothing with cleavage showing or at least a long skirt and any nice looking shoes no flip flops. Harder for younger people to have fun and take advantage of room privileges that they have paid for.
