Very pleasant checking although I arrived at midnight. The airport transportation by hotel connection was professional and very nice vehicles. The hotel is beautiful. Room is 20th with city view. Spotless. Did not have time to enjoy breakfast buffet but the display are huge and colorful live big Las Vegas hotels.

The room was a bit shabby, there were large street parties going on till 3am with loud music . Kids pool and Jacuzzi was out of servive. Bar could not make drinks with olives or bananas or coconut for the 7 days I was there. Breakfast was goid and staff helpful.

Tv didnt work. I opted out of the buffets because they were overpriced. The hotel is outdated. Definitely not 4 star currently. The location isnt great. The only thing i liked were the pillows and the friendly staff!

I Always Love staying at Marco Polo , this is my 4 th stay and it is always good This time l went during the holidays and it was busy but still great The only problem was they shut down the kids pool and hot tub but that meant the adult pool is now full of kids

This has been my second stay at Marco Polo it was an excellent experience from check-in being smooth and easy to the politeness of the staff and their willingness to help you with any issues or questions to the cleanliness of the entire hotel including the property outside the outdoor dining was very enjoyable to the pool staff having fresh towels for you and a nice outdoor shower to rinse off with great food options we had the Italian cuisine on the poolside patio in our swimsuits and flip flops great spaghetti bolognese the Ruben sandwich with extra dressing was superb and even the seafood pizza was excellent and the breakfast buffet is second to none great food with lots of options from bread and rolls to waffles and pancakes to about 12 main dishes to making you eggs anyway you want them I went with the ham and cheese omelet to fresh made bowls of ramen or rice noodle soup fresh juice drinks and coffee to the fresh fruits for dessert I would stay here everyday of the year if I could

The hotel owner should visit this hotel. It is iconic but neglected by the current owner you can tell. The previous owner used to stay at the hotel once every 3 months or so. But he died and the son isn’t coming around. The hotel is excellent but it was better 10 years ago.

It’s an older hotel but while the rooms are a little dated it’s very comfortable, very clean, great views and the staff are awesome. The food is also excellent. The accommodation is extremely well priced and is a 10/10 for value. I’ll be back for sure.
