Worst stay

I booked for 2 adults and 1 child. Expedia clearly stated breakfast for 3. But they charge us for the 3rd person. We even showed them conversation from Expedia and the booking itself that said breakfast for 3. The manager, front staff, and other workers were extremely rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. Never will we stay here again.

Card didn't work for rooftop bar , always had to find a person to get us there . Bar was overly loud . Music in such small enclosed area was impossible to hear anyone . The buffet was excellent , service outstanding . Never had a chance to hit the pool but hope will next time . I'll be back

Beautiful Hotel but difficult location

Staff were friendly and attentive. Always opening door for us and helping with luggage. Helped us to check in early since we arrived earlier then anticipated. Great view of the city and rooms were clean, spacious, and modern. The lobby was decorated beautifully for Christmas and had beautiful photogenic areas. It was helpful there was atm in lobby. Only complaint was that the hotel was extremely far up the hill and faraway from many areas of city so we got stuck in traffic often. Would stay again just plan to have car or arrange rides ahead of time since no one wanted to pick us up with Grab app since hotel was so isolated from everything. Room was affordable and enough space for the family.
