Room was in good condition. Front desk never answers the phone. Check in and check out were exceptionally slow. Front desk is under staffed during peak check out hours. There is not a way to summon luggage assistance because front desk does not answer

Everything about our stay was good except checkout. The front desk had a very long wait and we had to leave for the airport. The number to call the front desk from your room was never answered so you needed to bring your luggage down yourself without a trolley

The staff was courteous and very professional. The room was spotless. We really enjoyed our stay. Ive been to this Seda and the other Seda in Cebu city and cant think of any other place I would rather book.

I came to Cebu for business. Having a quality internet connection is vital to me. Seda has very good internet. The rooms are good. Food very good. Location perfect if you want to go to the Alsya Mall. It’s a direct walk without crossing any streets. Overall, the Seda Hotel was very good. Quality staff as well. I highly recommend them.

Assigned to a room that was occupied , I left my hydroflask and they never give it back as soon as I came to checked in again after my trip on another city. I told them I need to retrieve my hdroflask but they couldn't get hold of the housekeeping dept , and eventually they came to my room to deliver the item.

I was given a room that was already occupied. I was definitely shocked and bewildered when I opened the door. There were bags, so I walked away quickly, then went back to the front desk and asked whether they knew a particular room had already been assigned. I have stayed in many hotels, but I have never had an incident like this. Totally disappointed and assigned to a room next to ongoing construction. They have limited bathroom amenities, the water drains slowly, and it floods even for a quick shower. I slipped on their flimsy slipper. Breakfast is mediocre, with the same menu every other day and a limited selection. Sad to say, staff are not attentive; they need customer service training to learn to welcome guests and ask whether they want tea or coffee. They don't check whether you need a refill for your water or coffee.

One hiccup was the ac was not working so we have to moved to another room. The room was cleaned. Most of the staff were courteous and friendly…we met familiar faces. I was a little disappointed that the pool/bar area were gone due to reconstruction. The buffet was pretty much the same…good! Shout out to the bartenders Kaloy and Maloy…very friendly and fun to converse. I will go back there again.
