Located at Holiday Surf and Racquet Club, this enchanting unit provides a peaceful atmosphere with serene coastal décor designed to help you relax and unwind.

Unit 303 features two queen-size beds with brand-new mattresses in the bedroom, along with a ceiling fan and a TV with a DVD player, creating a comfortable retreat after a day at the beach. The living room includes a fabric couch with a sofa sleeper, allowing the condo to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. For entertainment, the living room also offers a 40-inch TV with a DVD player, perfect for relaxing evenings in. The condo features tile flooring throughout, giving the space a clean, bright, beachy feel. The kitchen is equipped with both a standard drip coffee maker and a Keurig, making it easy to enjoy your favorite morning coffee while taking in the Gulf views. The bathroom includes a convenient tub and shower combination, ideal for rinsing off after a day in the sand or enjoying a relaxing soak.

This condo includes high-speed internet access, as well as bath and kitchen towels provided for your comfort.
During your stay, you’ll have access to a fantastic selection of on-site amenities, including a heated pool, two lighted tennis courts, a BBQ grilling area, shuffleboard, exercise rooms, saunas, and coin-operated laundry facilities. With so much to enjoy, it’s easy to see why visitors return to Holiday Isle year after year.
Guests will also enjoy complimentary beach service (March–October), which includes two chairs and an umbrella set up for you daily on the beach. A convenient towel-exchange laundry service is available during your stay—simply check with the front desk for scheduled days.

1) Umbrellas such as the type used for shading the sun on the beach are permitted but must not remain erected unless being used. The diameter cannot be greater than 8 ft. Under no circumstances shall umbrellas be left overnight on the beaches of Holiday Isle.
