My stay was very comfortable.Definitely coming back with my family.I didn't like much the smell of urine when I went into the bathroom walking into my room , 4th floor where we was staying ,overhead outside safety lights did not work

Plain, simple, comfortable

This is a modest cute motel with a fantastic location. Right on the beach and all rooms have a view. Friendly check in, elevator. Minimal parking, but safe. The room was surprisingly big with a full size refridgerator and small table/chairs. It is old but reasonable clean. Has modest upgrades. Just details like corners and edges in shower andfaucet in bathroom needed cleaning attention. Some type of mat at the door would be nice to trap the sand from our shoes. Comfortable beds. AC kind of loud. The ice machine did not work. Again it is a basic stay, great price and probably would consider staying again.

Great stay in Ormond!

We really enjoyed our room and stay. My only recomendation is sugars and cream packets for the coffee pot.

Park away from the building.

We stay here almost every year; granted we normally come in May, so will not come back in June. Sold out, limited parking, I'm older and had a ground room for a reason, and only 1 handicap space that 2 young girls parked in. Got there on Wednesday afternoon, and was woke up early with either a leaf blower or pressure washer above our room, abd when we come out, there was crap all over my car (which I had just bought) including large pieces of gray paint from the building walkway above us. The next night someone above us decided to dump their ashes on my white car. I am not happy about this. The staff could be more visible and not blow crap on customers' cars.

Parking lot very small and spots too narrow to park without hitting someones car next it. At night they have no street lights at all completely pitch dark .boring hotel area i must say i didnt enjoy my birthday staying here . The hotel itself was clean and ok but gave me more like an apt and not a hotel. The beach had no people except a few by this hotel so i walked miles down to see lots of others at the beach .

My room was very hot all night long they moved us to a different room at 6am that was already reserved room felt nice thought but left that room back to my original room at 8am then finally got a new room for the rest of my stay at 11ish am but they did give me a discount so props to that wasnt very bad just a lil hot

Both staff members we encountered during our two night stay were friendly and helpful. The room was lovely, comfy bed, clean, shower was nice. The pool was great, and with direct access to the beach. Sad we had to leave, will definitely be back!!

The views are Fabulous! Sadly, the A/C in our room leaked a huge puddle by the bed. The parking was always an issue day or night. The price was good for a single Mom but sad what was lost in value.

Was charged 140.when Expedia quoted me 130.a day.No mirror in room,dirty bathroom floor, old vanity, chipped ceiling paint,clean room every 3 days.knocked on door 10 PM to pay extra day stay.paid the next morning.glad to get out of that place,nothing but a headache.

We were avpble to check in before 4 without any problem. Our room faced the beach and we were able to see the sun rise over the water from our chairs outside the room. The room was clean and spacious (there was a small sitting area, a full sized fridge, and a tv there). The beds were also comfortable. A few downsides: there was a large crack in our window, the remote didn't have fresh batteries, the blinds wouldn't close fully so the light from the parking lot made it hard to sleep, and we weren't given a wifi access code. I tried to call the office but could not talk to anyone to get the password. But overall, those were minor inconveniences. The location and price more than made up for that. The pool wasn't too busy for a Thursday after and early Friday morning. The section of the beach in front our hotel wasn't busy at all and easy to access. I would stay here again.
