Everything has been pretty good. Clean, friendly staff, less of a feel of an extended stay and more like a hotel (which I like). Some cons are hearing loud door slams, my A/C is loud, coffee can run out and you have to wait for it to be replaced. Nothing major and I would recommend and stay here again if needed.

Have stayed at the spark multiple times and the staff are always personable and efficient. Rooms are clean and the general areas are maintained well. Plus there is usually ample parking I'm the front of the building.
