I used to visit this place earlier when it was wyndham property but now the newly renovated and converted to hilton. I like it more now as its very bright and colorful. The staff is also extremely helpful.

My recent stay at Spark Hotel in Richardson, TX was a fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by Sid at the front desk, whose professionalism and genuine hospitality set the tone for my stay. The entire hotel staff was courteous, attentive, and truly focused on guest satisfaction. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable—perfect for unwinding after a long day. I also appreciated the well-thought-out amenities, which made the stay even more convenient and enjoyable. The rooms are especially convenient for business travelers. The dedicated workspace includes a large, adjustable desk that can be configured as an L-shape, giving you the flexibility to face either the TV or the window—an ideal setup for staying productive while still feeling comfortable. For lady travelers, the bathroom offers two lighting options, which is a thoughtful touch and perfect for applying makeup with ease. While parts of the building could benefit from a few maintenance updates, the management and staff take feedback very seriously and make a visible effort to continuously maintain and improve the quality of the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to other travelers. Whether you're here for business or leisure, Spark Hotel offers a relaxing, well-equipped, and welcoming environment that’s hard to beat. I’ll definitely be staying here again.

this is my second time at this hotel and i can say i enjoyed it 100%. the front desk staff were very helpful, room was clean, i received towels upon request and everything went smoothly. i also came with a service animal which they accommodated to. 10/10 from me & would definitely book again next time i’m in dallas.

The staff is very helpful! As I arrived really late and the reservation went to no show and they considered it for me and let me check in! Although they have limited options for breakfast the AGM said that they are adding protein very soon! Will be back!
