My room was great , COLD , looked clean and neat. It took me until my third night to get the ac to act right lol. But on my second & last day I had roaches running from UNDER the shower onto the towel that goes in front of the shower and Under the sink while in the bathroom. When contacted their support team by message they just said let us know when you’re out so we can send the bill wow. But other than that you can not walk anywhere from this hotel , you neeed a car or always uber & Lyfts.

The room was spotless. The whole hotel was. I love the coffee bar and the ice water in the lobby. The shuttle driver was awesome as well. The convenience of the location to the airport along with the long term parking and shuttle service is awesome. This is our second stay before an early morning flight. It won’t be our last!

Cleaning staff was friendly but front desk people were not particularly pleasant. Room was clean but hotel was older and could use some updating. In a less than desirable area of town with a lot of homeless people nearby. Saw what looked like a "hooker" leaving the hotel around 5:30 in the morning with a man holding her up as if she was intoxicated or under the influence of something. Wouldn't stay there again or recommend to friends.
