Our room smelled like mildew and about half of the outlets didn’t work. The elevator was broken which I didn’t mind since we were on the 2nd floor but the stairwell area was dirty, lots of stains on the carpet and wall and needed vacuumed. The pool had trash in it. It sounded like our upstairs neighbors were repeatedly jumping off the bed all night. Just super noisy all night long.

The hotel itself was good. Room was satisfactory and clean. The elevator was out, which is no big deal. But the parking lot was an issue. My truck got broken into on day one. And after the observing the parking lot with less vehicles, a good amount of the spaces had piles of broken glass in them which tells me this is a common occurrence. The hotel of course claims no responsibility and says to park at your own risk. Just know that it is a big risk.

As soon as we walked in Kathy made us feel like home. In less than 5 minutes we were in our room. Room was clean, sheets, pillow. Bathroom was spotless. We had a non working hair dryer but as soon as we informed Kathy she took care of us.

Really nice little hotel. Suited all our family’s needs for our vacation. Centrally located to shops, great restaurants, and tourist attractions. Staff was very helpful and kind. Will definitely stay again in the future.

The breakfast is amazing! Our room was so clean and comfortable! Wish I could take the bed with me. The only thing that was not to tidy was the pool. Lots of trash in and around the pool and dead bugs, but we still swam.
