Other Things to Note:
We’ve designed this space for a convenient and stress-free stay. Please note the following:
Check-In/Out: Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request.
Furnishings: Décor or furniture may differ slightly from the photos, but the quality and cozy vibes remain the same.
Extra Bedding: A Pack ’n Play or one air mattress is available on request. A second air mattress can be requested via the guest app for a fee of $35/night.
Shared Amenities: The pool, gym, and other shared facilities are available for your use but may occasionally close for maintenance without prior notice.
Pre-Arrival: You will receive a quick pre-check-in form after booking, along with your check-in instructions and a house manual.
Security & Screening: For the safety of our community, stays over 5 nights require a basic criminal background check. A refundable $200 security hold is placed on your card before arrival and is automatically released within 3 days of checkout, provided there are no issues.
Amplified Sound: The use of amplified sound equipment audible beyond the property line is prohibited from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Vehicles & Parking: Vehicles must be operable, licensed, and parked inside the garage; oversized commercial vehicles (15,000+ lbs) not permitted unless actively loading/unloading
Off-street parking: 1 space included; additional parking may be requested
Balcony Door Lock: To properly lock the balcony door, close it completely, then lift the handle upwards while turning the lock knob. You will hear a “click” once it is fully locked. The lock will not engage unless you are lifting the handle as you turn the knob.
Interaction with Guests:
We prioritize your comfort and privacy. Our team offers a seamless self-check-in process and will not be on-site during your stay. However, we are always available and happy to assist with any questions or needs you may have. You can reach us easily through the booking platform or by phone.
