Every single staff I encountered was exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to help. From Martin at the valet or Emeka at check in everybody went out of their way with exceptional customer service. The room was quiet, clean and well appointed. Very convenient to Dealy Plaza. Self parked because I have a large pick up truck on their surface parking close by which I felt was secure. I was extremely happy with the service and the property.

Great view

Check in was easy , but the as we reached our 3rd floor room , we noticed the bathroom had used towel , I guess they forgot the clean , the front desk upgraded us to 16th floor and it was better and great room with view after the inconvenience.

The location of the property was very convenient to sightseeing in the downtown area. The conserge service was outstanding. A special shout-out about Gary who has been with the Hyatt-Regency for 47 years. He was friendly, helpful and pleasant to be around.
