Rooms need better sound isolation from the main shared hall/space. Okay hotel so much space it feels empty, decoration could be much better if someone puts the time into it. Solid 3/5. It’s not a 4 star.

Very nice, very clean hotel and very convenient if you visit the Reunion tower for dinner or a drink. The room service is good. And the dinner I ordered through room services was impressively delicious. (lamb shops). They have a car rental service right in the lobby which was great since Dallas is huge and you need a car if you really want to know and you don't walk much.
