staff was very courteous. hotel seemed quite empty, but ended up with a room with windows blocked out because it overlooked the roof top venting system. The heater was extraordinarily loud which was a problem trying to sleep on uncomfortable pillows... Was clean, but would try someplace else next time.

All great customer service, property and room. We asked if we could check in early as the property was almost empty and they said we could but would charge us $30. We were surprised as that never happened to us if a property was able to accommodate us before actual check in time. Otherwise our stay was great !
