I had reserved two queen beds and my room #124 had two double beds. We made it work however that’s not what I paid for. When I mentioned the discrepancy the following morning to the front desk, they had no clue what I was talking about and couldn’t bring up the reservation. Not impressed. I’ll look elsewhere in the future

Property is very clean. Rooms are spacious. Desk attendant is very friendly and greeted us with a smile. Lots of parking is a plus as is the cookies at checkin and a 5 am breakfast is a superb touch since we have a very early start. Lovely property that appears to be well kept. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Well done!

It was North of our Expectations. Excellent service, good atmosphere, besides the train that infrequently disturbed the night (not a big nuisance) it was quite and cordial. The staff took care of the small details. We want especially to recommend Alyssa who was flexible on our very arrival at the reception and created a very good starting point. Later we met Deb and Bev who are very cordial and take care of all the details for breakfast. Great team and very good wibes. We definitely recommend. Keep going! One point for improvement - please provide options for vegan visitors. We broght our own milk (Oat Barista) and vegan cheese. If possible it will be perfect. Best regards to all of you! Wonderful stay! The staff upon arrival was fantastic and even offered us a cookie (very good!)! The room was very small but immaculately clean and modern. Lovely bedding and comfy bed. The town isn’t large but there’s a nice walk along the creek behind the hotel. The Continental breakfast was wonderful… Good variety. Didn’t anticipate the train sounds, mind you (only ran at 11:20, 1:20 and sometime around 7, if I recall…. Not bad), but kind of neat being in the Rockies and hearing that. Will definitely stay again! (The pizza/donair restaurant attached the hotel was economical and delicious! Will go there again too!)

The deluxe room two queen beds with kitchenette was a wonderful little get-away spot for our quick overnight motorcycle trip. Everything was neat and clean, the beds were fantastic, the airconditioning were super efficient and the addition of the kitchennette was a great bonus. The staff were excellent from check in to the ladies stocking the complimentary breakfast room. Kudos to this little gem of a place...the four of us enjoyed our brief stay amd wished we were there for longer! We would definitely stay here the next time we roll through town!

Rooms and property were clean. We called the front desk about the loud noise above us. The Kids in the room above were running and jumping. I asked the lady at the front desk if she could call them and ask them to quiet down so we could sleep. She replied “ they just checked in” I called a half hour after the noise started. I don’t know if she called because the noise continued. Parents please when you’re traveling with children have some consideration for the other guests.
