Romantic Accommodation in Clearwater Beach

I saw mixed reviews and chose to give it a try. I will say the best part is the pool! The love bugs were crazy at times but the marina is beautiful. Can’t beat that for a pool view. The property was pretty clean overall. My last night I did see 2 very large roaches, that’s unavoidable, in Michigan we have house spiders and centipedes… location was a big plus. You will receive 2 pool towel keys, if you don’t return them it costs you $50… overall for the cost and location I would return

Our stay at the JW Marriott was absolutely outstanding, and what truly made the experience unforgettable was the incredible beach staff. Olivia, Andi, and Braden delivered what can only be described as best-in-class service every single day of our trip. Olivia was warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. She had an amazing ability to anticipate guest needs before anyone even had to ask and made everyone feel genuinely welcomed and valued. Her energy and hospitality set the tone for an exceptional experience. Andi brought such a positive and upbeat presence to the beach area. No matter how busy things got, she remained calm, accommodating, and focused on making sure every guest was having a great time. She went above and beyond constantly and made the experience feel personal instead of transactional. Braden was equally phenomenal. His work ethic, professionalism, and attention to detail stood out immediately. He was always checking in, making sure setups were perfect, and ensuring guests had everything they needed. He genuinely cared about creating a great experience. Together, Olivia, Andi, and Braden created the kind of hospitality that keeps people coming back year after year. They are a tremendous asset to the JW Marriott brand and deserve major recognition from leadership. Beyond the beach staff, the resort itself was beautiful, clean, relaxing, and extremely well maintained. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and professional.

It's new hotel and have an excellent location. We enjoyed our time in the hotel and will book again if we came back to visit Clearwater beach

Wonderful all around. Just one tiny detail from the check in desk, where we could sense the attendant was probably dealing with some personal matters and projected that to her work.

#1Well phone in room worked half the time #2 Went down stairs to get my truck which we were paying 40 a day and walked up to young man at valet handed him my ticket and he didn't even take it at first he looked at me and said what's this arrogantly as I was suppose to know the pro ess of call down be4 you come get your car or truck very unfriendly & arroganty sarcastic. #3Went to breakfast at the property called shore and the wait was super long not knowing it was a buffet or a la cart we went thinking it was a la cart only so we actualy went to be seated and pay top dollar when the finaly got to us it was like 30to45 minutes later waiter was un focused u engaged clearly was somewhere else no napkins were brought no starts either and I asked for a bowl.of fruit to eat with my breakfast well they forgot and didn't bring that I mentioned to 1 waitress she said she would get that for me never came out my breakfast was already at the table mind you #4Well my wifes steak as well came uncooked super bloody she asked for to medium well so they took .y wife's plate and brought her another 20.minutes later when I already had finished earing meanwhile my fruit never brought out so that's service at the SHORE in the hotel #5 Ive been world Hyatt member for over 7 years related this to the man at the front desk he confirmed my status to attach the stay for credit to.my points as well as that did not get recorded or do e as he said he was doing at checkin. #6 Another disappointment no in
